By using this website, engaging with Turnserv, LLC ("The Company") ("LiquidLiner", "LiquidLiner.com"), in any manner, or hiring Turnserv, LLC or its affiliates in anyway, or if making purchases directly from, you hereby agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
Following are the terms and conditions (the “Terms”) governing the development and execution of, or usage of, service agreements, State of Work (Success Plan) or any and all assets owned (or rented or operated) by Turnserv, LLC or utilization of Turnserv, LLC in any manner, of any and all services and other communications (individually, a “service” and collectively, the “services, State of Work, Move in Ready Program, bid, estimate or proposal”) from Turnserv, LLC and its subsidiaries, divisions and/or affiliates (collectively, “Turnserv”), including without limitation, the usage of services by written order, telephone, in-person, electronic mail, from Turnsev’s website or mobile site (collectively, the “website”), or any other mode or medium of order and/or purchase or utilization.
Please read the Terms completely before contracting Turnserv, LLC in any manner, as your usage of this website or retaining, utilizing, contracting or hiring Turnserv, LLC constitutes your acknowledgement and unconditional agreement to be bound by the Terms.
THE TERMS COMPRISE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU (“CUSTOMER”, “YOU” OR “YOUR”) AND TURNSERV, LLC (the “Agreement, TERMS”).
Turnserv, LLC may change the terms and conditions at any time and from time to time without announcement. Terms found within an entered into service agreement may supersede the terms herein.

1. SCHEDULING POLICY AND ACCEPTANCE.
The person(s) or entities utilizing this website (Client or User) and its features hereby agree to posses the authority to act on behalf of the properties, clients or assets mentioned. Client or User accepts total responsibility for the information submitted and have completed adequate due diligence to assure its accuracy. Client or User will hold harmless Turnserv, LLC, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors or stakeholders for any consequences stemming from impacted or wrongful actions, intended or unintended, due to Client or User's negligence or bad faith, to the furthest extent of the law.
Client / User hereby agree to:
(i) schedule the performance of any Services provided by Turnserv or its brands under this Agreement with at least five (5) days notice through the scheduling portal located at Turnserv, LLC for service requests or by email at info@liquidliner.com if the scheduling portals are not available.
(ii) agree to be appointed as a representative of Customer or Client to serve as the primary contact to serve as the primary contact for the obligations of Customer and this Agreement.
(iii) provide Turnserv with access to the site and other such facilities at a reasonable time that correlates with the service need, but at least 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday through Friday.
(iv) provide any and all adequate materials and equipment, as determined by Turnserv, LLC required to complete the Services, unless Client is enrolled in a product management program with Turnserv. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Turnserv, LLC shall have the option to provide its own materials and equipment in the event that those supplied by Customer are not of the quality or satisfactory to Turnserv, LLC, in its sole discretion. In the event that Turnserv, LLC supplies its own materials and/or equipment, Customer shall reimburse Turnserv, in full, for any and all costs incurred in supplying its own materials and/or equipment necessary to complete the Services, within ten (10) days of receipt of an invoice from Turnserv.
(v) respond promptly to and provide any information which Turnserv may request in order to carry out and perform the Services.
(vi) provide Turnserv, LLC with two parking spots in close proximity to the Property or reimburse Turnserv, LLC for all parking fees associated with servicing Client.
(vii) comply with all applicable laws, regulations and ordinances related to the Property and/or the Services performed hereunder.
(viii) maintain in effect all the licenses, permissions, authorizations, consents and permits that it needs (a) to carry out its obligations hereunder, and (b) in order for Turnserv, LLC to carry out its obligations hereunder.
(ix) provide Turnserv, LLC with an accessible dwelling which is a safe and workable area for Turnserv, LLC to perform the Services in the form of a space free of risks, free from personal belongings, trash, furniture, and construction materials and free of infestations, mold, or any other hazards.
(x) provide Turnserv, LLC with a space with utilities on (running water and drain) and working conditions of between 52 and 78 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. NONSERVICEABLE FEES
Unless otherwise governed by a Service Agreement, If Turnserv, LLC is not able to carry out its services within 15 minutes of arriving on site due to Client or User not abiding by this policy's section 1, Turnserv, LLC hereby reserves the right to pass through a Non-serviceable Charge of $150 per impacted unit scheduled, due in net-30 terms and will reschedule the impacted unit within the next 5 business days.
3. CANCELLATION FEES
Unless otherwise governed by a Service Agreement, Client or User may cancel services up to 48 hours before scheduled services without penalty, however, if Client or User cancels unit(s) within 24 hours of the scheduled services, Client or User hereby agree to pay a $125 cancellation fee due in net-30 terms.
4. PREMIUM SCHEDULING
Service requests requesting services to be started before a seventy-two (72) hour window (account for business-days) are subject to a fifteen percent (15%) premium.
Client or User agree to be bound to collection efforts including reasonable attorney fees along with this policy, to the maximum allowable amounts, as well as agree to allow Turnserv to utilize every relief effort available, including but not limited to liens on assets and collection processes on said assets.
